[00:00.00]Mother Left Me Her Bible (Original Mix) - The Stanley Brothers
[00:06.99]When mother crossed
[00:08.32]Over the River of Jordan
[00:15.21]She had no treasures
[00:19.27]To leave on this earth
[00:23.39]She left me her Bible
[00:27.46]To guide me to Heaven
[00:31.59]Worth more than the silver
[00:33.44]And gold on this earth
[00:37.53]Mother left me her Bible
[00:41.70]To guide me to Heaven
[00:45.84]To show me the way
[00:49.92]To the Beautiful Gate
[00:54.10]I know she'll be waiting
[00:58.26]For me at the portal
[01:02.34]For she left me her Bible
[01:04.37]To show me the way
[01:16.85]When just a small boy
[01:20.87]In her arms she would take me
[01:24.88]She read from the Bible
[01:28.91]And taught me to pray
[01:33.02]Some day I know
[01:37.08]I'll meet her in Heaven
[01:41.12]That precious old Bible
[01:43.10]And showed me the way
[01:47.23]Mother left me her Bible
[01:51.31]To guide me to Heaven
[01:55.40]To show me the way
[01:59.49]To the Beautiful Gate
[02:03.58]I know she'll be waiting
[02:07.77]For me at the portal
[02:11.88]For she left me her Bible
[02:14.01]To show me the way
