Oh What a Time

Oh What A Time - Dottie Peoples

Oh What A Time

Verse: We use to go to the old camp meeting to worship and praise God, everyone would be on one accord, we just came to serve the Lord. It really didn't matter what clothes we had on, you just join right in testify or sing your song

Chorus: Oh what a time we had, praising God

Verse: Everyone would bring a covered dish, we fellowshipped and worshiped in the yard. We didn't have a whole lot of money, but God made that little bit multiplied. Our mothers would sit us on the mourner's bench, she'd look at you couldn't even move an inch.

Chorus: (Repeat Several Times) Oh what a time we had, praising God

2x When all God's children, get together, what a time, what a time, what a time. We're going to sit down by the banks of the river, what a time, what a time, oh what a time

We're going to sit down (repeat several times)

Sit Down

End: Oh what we had 3x Prasing God
