I come to You with heavy hands

A heart that barely understands

I chased the world, I lost my way

Still You let me call Your name

I made mistakes, I crossed the line

Ignored the signs You sent in time

But here I am, I bow once more

At Your mercy, at Your door

I have no excuse, no disguise

Just tears falling from my eyes

If You turn away, where would I go?

You're the only hope I know

Ya Allah forgive me, I'm weak inside

I stumble, I fall, but You still guide

Ya Allah forgive me, I call Your name

No one shows mercy like You

The Most Merciful, the Same

Ya Allah forgive me, night and day

I'm lost without You, don't turn me away

Ya Allah forgive me, hear my plea

You are Ar-Rahman, please forgive me

I promised change, I broke my word

Still Your mercy I have heard

Through every sin, through every tear

You stayed close when I felt fear

The world was loud, my soul was dry

I forgot the reason why

But one sajdah, one soft cry

Brought me back beneath Your sky

I have nothing You don't know

Every secret, every low

Still You wait with open arms

Protecting me from my own harm
