Blood on the Mummy's Tomb

Treasure hunters

Hunting treasure

Are called towards

The far off distant lands

An entrance to an ancient tomb

Discovered underneath the sands

Hieroglyphics bear the warning

Not understood they get ignored

They're not here for education

All they want is the reward

Sarcophagus desecrated

They cast aside

The desiccated remains

The treasure soon is plundered

Unaware of the danger that they take

An ancient evil is awakened

Blood on the mummy's tomb

The treasure that's been taken

Bears a curse to bring their doom

A careless cut a shallow wound

A drop of blood is all it takes

The Pharaoh opens up his eyes

After centuries of sleep he wakes

An ancient evil is awakened

Blood on the mummy's tomb

The treasure that's been taken

Bears a curse to bring their doom

Treasure hunters now the hunted

Holders of the curse will be pursued

The only hope of their survival

Return the treasure to the tomb

Drawn towards possessions stolen

Calling forth a wave of plagues

He gains more strength

With every kill

All in his path

Have their lifeforce drained

An ancient evil is awakened

Blood on the mummy's tomb

The treasure that's been taken

Bears a curse to bring their doom
