Oops! I Sat on the Remote

Was chillin’ on the couch, real wide,

Then click! — the TV died.

Looked around, where did it go?

I heard a crunch, oh no no no!

Oops! I sat on the remote!

Now it's stuck and won't reboot.

Channels flyin’ out of control,

Volume maxed, now I scroll!

Cartoon's loud, news too sad,

Now it's golf — I'm goin’ mad!

Clickin’ buttons, none respond,

Is this fate or sitcom bond?

Oops! I sat on the remote!

Now it’s singing Billy Goat.

TV’s glitchin’, couch is cursed —

Netflix froze, this is the worst.

Dad walks in, gives me “that” face,

I blame the cat (it ran away).

DIY to save the day,

I duct tape buttons, press and pray!

Oops! I sat on the remote!

Guess my fate is channel hope.

One last press — TV’s back,

Until I sit and hear that crack.
