Workout - LivinForThePlanet
Living for the planet
Science of the soul, yeah we bringing it home
I don't need no gym, no trainer, no scam
No 69, 99 plan, no influencer jam
Pushups on the dirt, pullups on a tree
Squats on the concrete, that's enough for me
I'm not training for a medal, not chasing a race
I'm training for everything, a life I can face
Consistency simple, not a rigid demand
It's listening daily to what the body commands
Pattern and motion, four moves in a row
Push, pull, squat, flow, steady, not slow
Dips on a bench, leg lifts in the air
Stretching the spine, energy everywhere
No rep counts needed, just the rhythm I know
Like the tide in the ocean, it comes and will go
I'll sit down for 20, maybe 40 at a time
Six rounds through, body falls in line
Bands in the bag, dumbbells on the floor
Optional tools, nothing I'm living for
The core of it's raw, it's the weight of the frame
Gravity itself is the heart of the game
Animals don't clock in, don't sell no plan
Lizards drop low, deer run when they can
Native movement daily, written in our bone
Glyph of the wild, it's already known
Cardio, that's hiking the land under feet
Wandering trails where the desert and peaks meet
Sometimes it's mellow, sometimes it's grind
Either way, it's balance, body and mind
I laugh at the hustle, the industry spin
Selling shortcuts for dollars, but the answers within
No powders, no contracts, no shiny machine
Just the ground, just the breath, keep the living clean
It's not about daily, it's not about force
It's about rhythm, aligning with source
Some days I push, some days I rest
But each time I return, I return to my best
So here's the gleet, simple, alive
Minimal moves, but enough to thrive
Push, pull, squat, stretch, then roam
The wild is my gym, the earth is my home
No gym, no scam, just the ground, just me
Nature wrote the program, it's wild and free
Push, pull, squat, yeah that's the key
Train for everything, glyph energy
Living for the planet
Living for the planet
