Yesterday was the mid autumn festival
In the month before that
I received many mid-autumn gift
From companies
At the time i didn't care much about it
But when i took stock afterwards
I noticed a pattern
Big companies often send mooncakes while small companies can only give small gift
That are not mooncakes
So do， you think it's a case of big companies being unoriginal
At first i thought the same thing it
Too thoughtless to give mooncakes on mid autumn festival
Then i thought about it
But it's not true
No matter what year it is as long as the mid autumn fest
Able is still around
The folklore giving gift
With mooncakes will still be around
The dilemma of large companies is that they have to deal with too many people
And mooncakes are still the biggest convention in order to show goodwill and the bigger the company the less variables it has
This reminds me of a conversation i had with a friend not long ago
That friend said that small companies
Always try to be original in their management
But once they get bigger they find that they still have to use the same management techniques that they didn't see in the big companies
It seems to be due to different creative abilities
But the rope cause is the size of the company
