Got invited to a redneck hitchin'

So excited my bad eye started twitchin'

I wanted to look my best

In case I was under arrest

Brushed my teeth and combed my hair

I even put on some clean underwear

Thought about shelling out

The big bucks By going

Out to buy a new tux

Then remembered

Walmart doesn't carry those

I'd have to wear my Family Dollar cloths

Didn't mind the 95 degree heat

But I missed the flea market

Shopping across the street

Couldn't find the outdoor wedding location

The big storm was my anticipation

Went to the reception though

There's always cake there you know

The brides ring was beautiful

And shiny Looked like a beer

Can tab it was so tiny

Bridesmaids wore orange

And white Thought

It was a UT football night

The bride was beautifully

Gowned Especially

For the second time around

I wish them lots of luck
