About the Background
The Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)technique
invented in 1985 by Kary B Mullis
In 1971 he had a thought suddenly:
tRNA gene maybe can be synthesized by denaturing DNA
hybridizing with subtable primers
extending primers with DNA polymerase and
repeating the process
But Unfortunately the technology in 1971 couldnt be able to make it come ture until 1985

similar to the DNA replication process
Semi retained replication of the DNA
It will be unzipped at high temperature and can be refolded into double strands when the temperature is reduced
