May I rest upon your back
It's been threeyears since my last request
From a white and swirling nest
Oh
I was just a babe
May I rest and watch him glide
Through the whitecapped
The shifting tide
He is finless
But agile
Spinning
Gracefully
But aimlessly
Spinning
Gracefully
But
Recklessly
