Deep in the forest by the lake
Among the fog and sands
A house very easy to break
Built out of clear glass stands
I hid it in the shade of trees
Concealed it with a noise of breeze
Here everything is the same
It’s hard the future to foresee
There’s no one in my past to blame
All the mistakes were made by me
Time burns bad memories to ash
Soil underfoot becomes a viscous marsh
Throw a heavy stone
Into my glass home
The world will crack in pain
Throw a heavy stone
Into my glass home
Let me start all over again
On lake a wooden pier creaks
While boat is banging on the piles
In loneliness I spend the weeks
I do not notice how time flies
Along the road leading to my house
One day they’ll come I will be found
Living alone can teach a lot
Get rid of hurts and griefs you’ve got
Forgive yourself and all your foes
Forgive all those who said wrong words
Look at the house, glass walls will show
All of the deeds, but not the thoughts
Throw a heavy stone
Into my glass home
The world will crack in pain
Throw a heavy stone
Into my glass home
Let me start all over again
All over over over again
