Serenity
There’s a need for serenity
Serenity
Finding back to the core
Like summer days
with a welcoming
warm embrace
A quiet place
that doesn’t ask for more
Melody
Rediscover the melody
The melody
that was yours all along
Just a piece
sung with ease
Effortless and true
So undeniably your song
There are a million voices
beckoning with choices
So eager to pull you
into that void
How to stay connected
yet, not to be affected?
To live with compassion
and still find
your peace
Necessity
Making friends with necessity
Necessity
that we cannot decline
What’s in line
with the dream
that is in your mind?
Answers waiting
for you to define
There are a million voices
beckoning with choices
So eager to pull you
into that void
How to stay connected
yet, not to be affected?
To live with compassion
and still find
your peace
Necessity
Making friends with necessity
Necessity
that we cannot decline
What’s in line
with the dream
that is in your mind?
Answers waiting
for you to define
There’s a meadow
in the middle
There’s a sacred place
that we are meant to find
For that meadow
in the middle
will be quieting
the noises for a while
Serenity
There’s a need for serenity
Serenity
Finding back to the core
