But what's there when it's all in the mind,
Who decided I'm there and by what standard did they demand it

Defined success by status, to achieve what's all in material
With noteriety
But not spiritual but became my reality
That I'm scared to lose because I refused to follow my gift given, learned and nurtured
So I say depression feels like slow murder, negative self talk, is slow torture, like days without food that nourish the mind , no food for thought, so running on empty until motivation gives me plenty
To think about I'm
Distracted by their distractions
That keep us distracted
Poisoning our hearts so our desires distracting
Are you rooted ???
Do you move from a place of ego
Or from a place of love
Do you recognise the difference
Do you know that they can never live in the same place
The EGO
Don't you know it stops you from tasting
Dreaming of big things
Only to get lost and at what cost
Undoing curses takes more than rehearsing words
It takes patience and forgiveness first
You see
your enemy is just you
Staring in the mirror at your own reflection
Looking for perfection, when all you need is correction
And
Correction is just your heart steering you to the right direction
