Waste My Time

Well you know I hate my job

Just like everybody else

Drag myself up out of bed

So I can go sit at my desk

At my desk I think of all

The things I'd rather do instead

Go for a picnic read a book

Or put a bullet in my head

I hate it when it's sunny

And I hate it when it rains

It just reminds me in my cubicle

The weather stays the same

Yesterday today tomorrow

And for many years to come

I wanna feel something

That's real instead

Of emails all day long

Waste my time

I waste my time

Well you know I hate my job

But I don't know how to escape

I don't have a better way

So in my office chair I sit

Couldn't pay me enough

To read these pointless emails

And pretend like I give a damn
