We Must Claim God’s Promise

We Must Claim God’s Promise

Verse 1

When I’m weak and in need of grace,

I lift my eyes and seek Your face.

You have promised, Lord, I will believe,

Ask in faith, and I shall receive.

Chorus

I will ask, I will seek, I will knock at Heaven’s door,

You are faithful, Lord, Your word is sure.

Every promise stands, forever true,

I will trust, I will wait, I will follow You.

Verse 2

Not just blessings, but You alone,

You’re my hope, my strength, my song.

You are near, O Lord, when I call,

Your mercy and love are enough for all.

Chorus

I will ask, I will seek, I will knock at Heaven’s door,

You are faithful, Lord, Your word is sure.

Every promise stands, forever true,

I will trust, I will wait, I will follow You.

Verse 3

At the door of grace, I will remain,

Knocking with faith, calling Your name.

Every prayer, Lord, You hear my cry,

Open the way, lift me to the sky.

Chorus (Repeat)

I will ask, I will seek, I will knock at Heaven’s door,

You are faithful, Lord, Your word is sure.

Every promise stands, forever true,

I will trust, I will wait, I will follow You.
