Saturdays sure do feel different when I stopped living at home
Like a hummingbird hanging dead from a windowpane
It felt odd to drive through a highway all alone
And I would try and find what has been boiling in my veins
When the sun comes up that's when I Would feel lost
I'll be sincere if you tell me where you're from
But I don't know why'd you have to stay that long in the back of car
Will you at least be afraid of losing me
Will you stay here for as long as I please in the driver's seat instead

Something about trying as hard as you can keep me for yourself

Don't even try to come back and forth as you please
