Why do you stare at me at College?
You have no idea how much scared I am
I'm scared of what you think of me
I'm scared of what you say about me
Why out of nowhere are you every day in my sight
I'm not sure if I really want to see you
Your cold stare terrifies me
Makes me think I'm just a mice
I'm just such a pathetic excuse of a man
I'm reckless and fragile as a puppy
I'm docile and playful as a puppy
I'm stupid and dumb as a puppy
I became shattered with your silence
It's so painful to act like nothing matters
To act that I never liked you or that I was just confused
To act like it isn't offensive to be called"scary"
I have nightmares where you are hunting me,
And I run and run and run but I can see your shadow at every corner
I can imagine yourself devouring me
I'm so small compared to you
And I work so hard to make up for all my flaws
Everybody loves me because am safe and easy
But that doesn't seem to work with you
I should find it comical and laugh about it
That I may please everybody
But who I want to please the most I do the opposite.
