So much of it's wasted now I'm feelin' jaded but I can't stand it no more
Gotta be self-conscious if I wanna have a compass that's pointing to a green world
Every day sky turns grey it looks like all the birds have gone astray
Don't need the methane they only drive us insane and I would say
Seven hundred and fifty-nine million people no access to electricity oh no
One third of us all using unreliable and dangerous energy oh that's just terrible
Feel the cool breeze just brushing past your window why can't we just harness the power of wind though
It's affordable and it's sustainable just remember that we need
Air to breathe gotta make sure the energy and air is clean
And it's so hard to keep our promises but we just need wind energy
There is no in between it's either good for the environment or just kills off all the trees
And I'd feel free if I could look up and see a blue sky we all need air to breathe
