Wisdom from above

They saw the tree, it looked so fine,

But wisdom without God will blind.

Chasing shadows, chasing fame,

Lose your soul, forget His name.

But grace is calling, shining light,

Turn your steps from dark to right.

Verse 2

Knowledge pure comes from above,

Not from pride but filled with love.

Some seek glory, seek the crown,

Yet without God, they tumble down.

But if you walk the narrow way,

His Spirit guides you every day.

Verse 3

Many gifted, strong, and wise,

But they fell for Satan’s lies.

Still the Father calls them near,

Wipes away their doubt and fear.

From broken chains, He sets them free,

To live for truth and victory.

Verse 4

When the heart is born anew,

Dreams are shaped by what is true.

Lift your eyes, the cross will shine,

Power and purpose now align.

Hands to heaven, voices raise,

Living for Christ, a life of praise.
