It’s time to step out of the darkness, and slowly peer into the light
It’s a feeling of elation and euphoria
A feeling like we’ve have regained our sight
You get a kind of uneasy feeling, after all this time of being alone
There’s a need to feel a sense of normality
A need to return to humanity
I get a kind of sadness inside of me, coz things will never be like before
Then I think again with hope and positivity, that the earth has somehow evened the score
One minute they say to stay home, then they say we can be free
Then once again go back to our enclosures, it’s all so confusing to me

All around us total confusion, it’s really not surprising to me
The controllers are doing this day by day
There’s really so much we really don’t see
But I believe that the rainbow is rising, I believe that the sun it will shine
I believe that we are heading for good times
We all agree it’s not before time
Yeah I just want to hug you and hold you
I want to shake hands with my friends
(I’m feeling good, and hopeful)
Now the world is beginning to mend
