Just As You Say (A Song of Maria)

One day, the angel came to me and said,

“The Lord has blessed you,

the Lord is with you!

Don’t be afraid,

you'll give birth to a son,

and you shall call his name Jesus.”

And now, I know the holy spirit will come,

the power of the highest hover over me.

Heavenly Father, Just as you say,

let it be with me,

your kingdom will never end.

Amen, Amen, Amen,

though it’s wonder and weird

Amen, Amen,

from now on,

Just as you say

I believe that Joseph and I were chosen and blessed.

Lord, your promise led our journey to here Bethlehem.

Heavenly Father, Just as you say

let it be with me,

your kingdom will never end.

Amen, Amen, Amen,

We do believe.

Amen, Amen,

from now on,

Just as you say

And now, I know the holy spirit will come,

the power of the highest hover over me.

Heavenly Father, Just as you say,

let it be with me,

your kingdom will never end.
