Better Than Gold
Verse 1
Happy is the one who finds wisdom, oh yeah
Understanding shines brighter than gold, oh oh
God is the source, He gives knowledge true
Open your heart, He will teach you new
Chorus
Wisdom better than silver, better than gold
Hold on to Jesus, let His Word unfold
Step in the light, let your spirit grow strong
With His truth in your life, you can never go wrong
Verse 2
Nature still speaks, hear the voice of the King
In every sunrise, His glory still sings
But the Word of the Lord shows the perfect way
Christ the Redeemer, the Light of the day
Chorus
Wisdom better than silver, better than gold
Hold on to Jesus, let His Word unfold
Step in the light, let your spirit grow strong
With His truth in your life, you can never go wrong
Verse 3
Seek Him in prayer, let your mind be free
Study His Word, there is victory
Destiny shines when you walk in His plan
With knowledge of God, you will always stand
Chorus (repeat)
Wisdom better than silver, better than gold
Hold on to Jesus, let His Word unfold
Step in the light, let your spirit grow strong
With His truth in your life, you can never go wrong
