Why don't we spend December in Australia in Australia
Have a second summer holiday hmm
I'd like to take a sunset ocean sail with ya
Far far away far far away
Off coral bay off coral bay
Pack up your smallest suitcase
No jacket just your new shades
And a pair of flip flops maybe a hat
I'll be wearing billabong laying out flat on my back
The one thing I like frozen
Is the cold one I'll crack open
While I'm getting tanner than I was in July
Right beside a palm tree covered in lights
We'll see Santa on a surfboard
Riding a wave instead of a sleigh
Sandcastles over snowmen
Oh man I think that sounds great
Why don't we spend December in Australia in Australia
Have a second summer holiday haaaa
I'd like to take a sunset ocean sail with ya
Far far away far far away
Off coral bay off coral bay
Why don't we spend December in Australia
We can paint the gold coast red and green
A winter with no snow sounds like a ray of sun
Let's have a very Merry Christmas at the beach
Make sure you wear your sunscreen
Slip slop slappin' across the country
An esky full of tinnies in the truest of blue
Better watch out for the magpie swoop
We'll barbie snags for dinner
Trust me servo ice creams a winner
A cuppa full of milo and a Tim Tam slam
If you don't like Vegemite I'll understand
We'll see Santa on a surfboard
Riding a wave instead of a sleigh
Sandcastles over snowmen
Oh man I think that sounds great
Why don't we spend December in Australia
Have a second summer holiday haaa
I'd like to take a sunset arvo swim with ya
Far far away far far away
Off coral bay off coral bay
Lalalala
Why don't we spend December in Australia
We can paint the gold coast red and green
A winter with no snow sounds like a ray of sun
Let's have a very Merry Christmas at the beach
Alright lalalalala
