September Song (Digitally Re-Mastered Version)

September Song (Album Version) - Walter Huston

Oh it's a long long while from May to December

And the days grow short when you reach September

And I have lost want to

And I walk little late

And I haven't got time for waiting game

And days tend go as see glow of you

September November

And these few golden days I'd spend with you

Those golden days I spend with you

When you meet with the young man early in the Spring

You court them in song and rhyme

They would with words and a clover ring

But if you could examine the goods they bring

They have little to offer but the songs they sing

And the plentiful waste of time of day

A plentiful waste of time

Oh it's a long long while from May to December

When the clouver in last till you with September

And I not twite quite

For the waiting game

But I have little money

And I have little thing

And the days dwindle down to a precious few

September November

And these few precious days I'll spend with you

These precious days I'll spend with you
