Some days life seems too heavy to bear

Like the world is spinning out of control

Everything is dark, nowhere to go

My heart screaming, sinking

But then time steps in, calm and slow

And shows me that pain was a way to grow -

To take me to a whole new place

I never dreamed I could face

Yeah, I cried, thought it was the end

But now I see what it meant back then

I had to break to rise again

I had to lose myself to understand

What hurts today, one day seems like art

Bitter moments, full of pain

Turn into memories that I would live again

And they open doors that I couldn't see

That only appear when you fall to your knees

How many times have I tried to run

Shouting at life,"I'm hurt I'm hurt!

But each fall lifted me strong

Each silence became a song

Scars turned into guiding light

Leading me back to what feels right

If I'm stronger now, it's because I bled

And I don't regret the tears I shed
