Other Plans - Gomez
Written by：Oliver Peacock/Paul Blackburn/Thomas Gray/Benjamin Ottewell/Ian Ball
Doodlin' your name into the palm of my hand
A name so strange it's hard to let go of
I feel summer closing in
It's no secret I know you've got other plans
That don't involve me
I'm disappointed though I try to understand why
I understand why it is
Passin' notes and glances keepin' your eye on the ball
But the door that you can't wait to walk out
I'm the only one who doesn't wanna leave
It's no secret I know you've got other plans
That don't involve me
Just 'cause he's closer I would walk a hundred miles
Or more if you would only let me in
Your love your love my love
Your love you're so far away
Your love is so far summer's gone
It's no secret I know you've got other plans
That don't involve me
But I'm not givin' up I know I still got a chance
When we start over next year
