The first time I met the blues
People you know
I was walkin' down through the woods
Yes the first time I met the blues
People you know I was walkin'
On down through the woods
Fight mate the blues
Blues you know you done do me much good
The blues got after me
You know the follow me from tree to tree
Yes the blues got after me
People you know the ran me from tree to tree
If are we get the wonder of the blues
Blues what did you want for me
Good mornin' blues
Blues I wonder what you're doin' here so soon
Good mornin'
Blue what you're doin' here so soon
You know you'll be with me every mornin' Mr blues now
Every night and every noon
