The bible taught me

There’s a world outside

That’s full of corruption

Temptations & lies

The preacher told me

Better run and hide

But I ain’t gonna let

Life go and pass me by

It’s from life that I’ve learned

You’ve only get one shot

Is full of wonder

Turned my world upside

Learned for myself

That their sins are a lie.

Yes I want to do good

But I can’t be scared to live

But it’s hard to break
