We must study his works

We Must Study His Works

Verse 1

Everywhere I look, I see His hand,

Mountains high and oceans grand.

Flowers bloom, the skies so wide,

All creation testifies.

Open heart, open eyes,

See His love that never dies.

Step by step, we learn His way,

In His works, we’ll always stay.

Chorus

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the sunshine, in the rain that flows.

Lift your hands, let His glory show,

We must study His works, oh oh.

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the morning, when the night is low.

Trust His word, let your spirit grow,

We must study His works, oh oh.

Verse 2

Birds are singing songs so true,

Every note is pointing you.

To the Maker, full of grace,

Feel His presence in this place.

Life may try to bring you down,

But His mercy all around.

Hear the river, hear the breeze,

God is speaking, hearts find peace.

Chorus

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the sunshine, in the rain that flows.

Lift your hands, let His glory show,

We must study His works, oh oh.

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the morning, when the night is low.

Trust His word, let your spirit grow,

We must study His works, oh oh.

Verse 3

Every smile, He sees it shine,

Every tear, He makes it fine.

Simple beauty, hearts made pure,

In His love we stand secure.

Walk in faith, don’t be afraid,

He has planned the path you take.

Celebrate His mighty hand,

Together we will always stand.

Chorus (Repeat, with energy)

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the sunshine, in the rain that flows.

Lift your hands, let His glory show,

We must study His works, oh oh.

We must study His works, oh oh,

In the morning, when the night is low.

Trust His word, let your spirit grow,

We must study His works, oh oh
