The Lost Sheep Adventure

There once was a shepherd, kind and true

With one hundred sheep, not one hundred and two

He loved them all, both big and small

He knew their names, he knew them all

But one day, a sheep went astray

Wandered off and lost its way

The shepherd searched both near and far

He followed footprints, moon and star

The lost sheep adventure, come and see

How love will chase you faithfully

No matter where you run or roam

God will lead you safely home

He climbed the hills, he crossed the stream

He didn't stop, not even to dream

He found the sheep in thorn and brush

He held it close, he didn't rush

He carried it back with joyful song

He said,"You're safe, where you belong

He called his friends to celebrate

God's love is never late

Jesus told this story true

To show how much He cares for you

If you feel lost or far away

He'll find you — every day

The lost sheep adventure, come and see

How love will chase you faithfully

No matter where you run or roam

God will lead you safely home

So if you wander, don't despair

God's love will find you anywhere
