State - I Hate This Place
Composed by:Sean Nerney
Got me in this state
Pins and needles at my chest
As I begin to break
And I can't leave this room
The outside world is phased away
Underneath the sweet medical perfume
And now it's all so clear
How I got myself here
A string of errors in the dark
But I know in the end
I'll do it all again
I'm just out trying to find some peace
This beautiful release
They got me in this state
The plastic tubes and wires
They all burrow through my face
My memory repaired
With blanks and edits
All the bad parts gone without a trace
And it's not very far
From me to where you are
But how the distance takes it's toll
I can't remember when
I last saw you my friend
Like you were before all this grief
We find this beautiful release
Got me in this state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
This state
