Beyond the screen, beyond the scroll

A glowing notification shatters the night

Voices of strangers echo all around

Even though there's no correct answer anywhere

My fingertips are searching for the next thing again

Inside a world updated day by day

My own outline begins to vanish away

"Just wanting to be accepted" and nothing more

Sinking deeper into an infinite loop

At the end of the scroll, what is waiting there?

Words dissolved inside the radio waves

Longing to connect, unable to sever the tie

Even this heart of mine is bound by digital code

Voices engraved on the timeline

Dominated by a cloud of comment particles

Everyone wearing the exact same virtual face

Dancing away just to fill up their solitude

Crumbling down just like fragile glass

Yet every single time I wait for a refresh
