It's a Nice Night to get lost

ditched my friends because they crossed

a couple lines that didn't sit well with me

the moon is high my hopes are low

ill keep going where the cold wind will blow

a closed road a warning sign ill go through I really don't mind

Well to my surprise I caught the eyes

of another who was looking right at me

well we strumbled to each other

together waiting for sunrise

thoughts glimmering in both of our eyes

It's dark can hardly see shadowed figure sits beside me

talk and talk about our lives the morning sun hasn't opened its eye

don't give up you'll never find the other half to be by your side
