Casuccio says the inspiration for the song came from being in an overly long meeting. “I was stuck in a meeting and thought; wow, I could really use a nice adult beverage right now.” He wrote the song during that meeting. With a vocal style that sounds like The Pretty Reckless meets P!nk and Gretchen Wilson, Lana delivers a vocal performance that demands your attention and gets the listener singing along to the hyper-hooky melody.
