Ashley & Bobby love the energy that's created in a space filled with drums & percussion & families. They came together to make kids music thanks to Ashley's older son Magnus' love of drums and Bobby's magical energy with kids! They've been playing together ever since at classes, schools, and celebrations. Along the way they've shared traditional songs from Africa, Brazil, and Cuba, put their own spin on traditional children's songs by adding rhythms from the African Diaspora, and created their own original songs. This album was created to bring moments of fun to families while learning rhythms, colors, numbers. And most importantly as a catalyst for good times!
