With the objective of carrying traditional Sanskrit chants to a new generation, AKS and his team of DC-based musicians create a new genre of expression blending various pop music elements with Indian classical ragas. Be it Krishna or Ganesh or even Shiva, the prayers retain their devotional underpinnings while being escorted into unexplored sonic territories. Arghya is all at once new yet familiar; grounded yet uplifting; traditional yet trendy.
