Various Artists'Spring Sampler'Cat No: 6SD-005Release Date: 21/05/2012As we have already had a freak week of sun for April in the UK (possibly this was the summer if past history is anything to go by?) we have put together a special Spring Sampler to celebrate. Consisting of four different artists this release is aimed to lodge itself firmly on the cooler peak time dance floors. What a way to reach release number five on 6th Sense Deep. Hector Moralez need little introduction to the Underground House scene. Originally from Oakland, California he now lives in Paris, France but plays all over the world. He runs a very successful vinyl label Minority Music alongside sister digital label The Factory, this is one artist that is in serious demand releasing on numerous labels including Robsoul, Hudd Traxx and The W Label . He is also one half of Fries & Bridges alongside Phil Weeks. Monoman or Matt to his friends resides in Manchester, UK. Fresh from releases on Cecille, Defected, Magnetic, Robsoul and Guesthouse he has made quite a name for himself with trademark Jackin Beats and tech arrangements. Fans include DJ Sneak, Mastiksoul and Jason Hodges amongst many others. Matt also runs his own ambush imprint. Manuel M is a deeper smoother project from well know producer Chemars. Portraying the deeper and techier side of House music there is allot to come from this Romanian producer although it's already been a busy few years for appearing on labels such as The Factory, Juiced and Blockhead. He also runs his own label Ginkgo Music that we suggest you check out. As for the future? There is a full EP on the way for sister label 6th Sense Music under the Chemars guise alongside many other projects. Watch this space! David Moran has recently come on board here at 6th Sense HQ but don't think for that reason he is here to make up the numbers. A veteran DJ for many years he has recently started producing and already had a couple of EP's signed and released to Dorcas and Soulman Music.
