This collection of songs truly has a little something for everyone. Singer, songwriter, guitarist, and Oklahoma native Kyle Brewer has spent the last 7 years performing for folks at restaurants, honky tonks, bars, coffee houses, and other respectable establishments. Artists such as Levon Helm, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Ray LaMontagne, and Neil Young have inspired Kyle's deep passion for his music and given him solid Americana roots to build on. Every track on his debut release"Won't Be Too Long" contains a passion seldom found today. Kyle's roots are evident in songs like his bluesy but hopeful Seven, the Latin-influenced come Back, and the soulful, mournful lament Why. Won't Be Too Long may be hard to categorize, but it is easy to enjoy.
