GET MEAT FOR THE MACHINE With a new single,"Fell Down" already picking up steam at Alternative and Rock radio, the recent release of Meat for the Machine marks the first in a series many new exciting beginnings for Mechanizm. With"Fell Down" leading the way, Mechanizm sees the band leaning in a heavier, even more melodic direction.Produced by Bill Cutler (Spike 1000, War in America) and mixed by Justin Phelps (Third Eye Blind, Train, Live), Mechanizm's new approach is to capture the imagination by treading new waters without losing sight of their original approach." As the band admits,"After three years of melding our combined experience into Mechanizm we have created something very powerful and have finally found our pace. Bill Cutler's involvement and input throughout the pre-production and recording phases inspired Mechanizm to write and record what the band agrees is their finest work to date... individually and collectively. We find ourselves continually evolving as a band. We have always been a very polished, professional band, but that isn't always a plus... Our motivation is strictly to write and record songs which are intelligent, powerful and make you want to get up! This band has talent, purpose and experience... and Meat for the Machine proves it!"
