Legacy, a Dallas based rock/metal outfit, is comprised of Scott Sereboff and Jody Rummel on guitars, Kenny Sizlove on drums, Johnny Finn on bass and Robert Pacente on vocals. Legacy's music is a combination of 1980's metal and 1990's rock that gives the listener a ride back to the time when guitars dominated the music scene and rock music was straightforward and heavy. Each guitarist brings a different influence- Jody provides the true metal player's influence with sweep picking and fast legato runs that remind you of Marty Friedman, George Lynch and the best of that genre's players. Scott brings a more progressive sound, with Alex Lifeson being heard in his alternate picking style, although more than a touch of Murray and Smith can be heard! With the ultimate in a professional drummer- Kenny Sizlove- and a bassist whose influences have provided a fantastically active approach to bass playing in Johnny Finn, the lead vocals of Rob Pacente have a platform from which to soar.
