These songs were recorded over a fifteen year time period with various professional musicians I met while Jones Country was operating in Colmesneil, Texas and later on. I eventually recorded in Nacogdoches, Texas with other musicians i met through Gary Goss, the right hand man of Johnny Rodriguez. Lobo Loggins, formerly of Jasper, Texas, also contributed to several sessions, as did his partner, John Ray Baxter on bass. Lobo's awesome guitar intro on"Can't Believe" still amazes me. This has been a labor of love for me. It's the most fun I have ever had.
