About John de KadtJohn de Kadt is a World percussionist and Poet who has played ethnic hand percussive instruments for over 25 years. He plays drums from India, Switzerland, Ireland, Brazil, Turkey, Egypt, Africa and Cuba. He’s studied with percussion masters around the world, and has appeared on PBS and NBC. He’s performed with Steve Gorn, Ganesh Kumar, Glen Velez, Eugene Friesen,T.H. Subash Chandran, David Darling, Baba Olatunji, Tabala Rasa, Colman Barks, Robert Bly and others. His CD's"This Rhythm Is Not Mine" and"Eight" featuring Benji Wertheimer, Wah! T.H. Subash Chandran and others have both received excellent reviews. John is included on many recordings also tours nationaly with the alternative world ensemble HuDost.
