The members of Captivation, born and bred in St. Louis, Mo., have been"blowing" since the early sixties, but still float across the stage effortlessly while dazzling the crowds with their tight harmonies and energetic choreography. When you blend equal parts of the Motown sound, the Chicago sound, the Philadelphia sound and the Watts-Stax sound, you get one hell of a vocal stew,"Captivation stew," that is.
