Coming from a musical family it was his uncle that taught Jamie and his older brother Martin, various musical instruments, after months of practice he then went onto form a rock covers band with Martin, this is where he really learnt how to play and front a band, playing clubs, pubs, and social clubs, playing in front of sometimes really tough crowds. Alongside this he was working as a Guitar teacher at Plumstead Manor school (Royal Greenwich) Since a young age Jamie has been writing original songs and this is where his passion lies for original music. After the split of his covers band Jamie has never been more focused on achieving a successful songwriting career.
