HUSH are a popular band from the east of England who now offer their first collection of tracks which stride various genres (pop, celtic, funk, motown, country, blues) but all emerging from a primarily acoustic starting point. The album features the talents of vocalist Sarah Chalke whose stunning voice can be heard on half of the album, while drummer, percussionist and singer Lisa Gabriel also demonstrates her unquestionable talent. The songs were written by Jon Lawrence who also provides lead vocals on the album.The album is full of interesting instruments (guitars, pianos, banjos, Irish whistles, bagpipes, harmonicas, fiddles, brass sections, charangos, organs and lest one forget… the e-bow).
