From the swirling guitar intro of “Your Love Is Freedom” to the soulful last chorus of “With Your Hands” Deep Calls Out makes good on its desire to point our attention to the Living God. The Ordinary, the worship team at Oak Valley Church in Calimesa, CA, have recorded fifteen songs that express a passion for God and what it means to live for Him, in lyrics that sing of the salvation of Jesus and our gratitude for His sacrifice. Musically the raw energy of “No Turning Now” and “Fully Alive”, to the huge choruses of “Stronger Than All” and “Your Kingdom Come”, or the piano driven “Intrigued” and “Need You To Breathe” this disc has something that will speak to everyone. The Ordinary’s Deep Calls Out is a heartfelt expression of worship from beginning to end.
