Millo Torres Y El Tercer Planeta was formed in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1996. Millo Torres, a Berklee School of Music Alumni (1993) writes, arranges and produces his own music. \"My music influences come from growing up in such a musical island\" says Millo.
