The Administration is/was Joe Simek (vocals, bass), Brad Baker (guitars), and Chris Caulder (drums, programming). Drawing on a variety of influences, The Borough EP mixes hook-laden pop with socially-conscious lyrics and electronic beats with a powerful rock sound.
