The Only Way is Chaos is Nick Torry's second full length self-released solo album under the alias Little Big Noise. It is a maturation from his first offering Urban Folk. The album has an internal logic, running through clusters of interlinked songs. The listener is picked up and planted in different vantage points from which to view existence in the modern world through the lens of chaos. Torry's musical roots are deeply set in London's punk scene, which is still echoed in the aggression, speed and structure of the record. However, it is the folk melodies and story-telling which is more pronounced and solidified over the usual eclectic and often theatrical song-writing.
