This is an album of hard work and EFFORT. This is what it sounds like when you are raised on the blues, but once you enter the"blues scene," you see that people aren't willing to think outside the box. Our heroes are Clarence"Gatemouth" Brown, Alvin Youngblood Hart and Otis Taylor. We play whatever the hell we want, record companies, managers, and club owners be damned. As long as it feels good to us, we're gonna play it. The songs on this album are about loss and determination, sex, and love. The stuff we all know about.
